Resonanz Exhibition - social pics

The Resonanz Exhibition with works from Kent Gration and David Trubridge recently held at Living Edge was a great success, with a broad range of creative industries, friends and the business sector in attendance. The exhibition was the premier launch of the Resonanz Nesting Tables as well as contextual work from the Wambamboo by Kent Gration range and David Trubridge’s new Maori inspired Taniko Lights (recently exhibited in Milan) and Petal Kitset lights.

The exhibition was the conclusion to a mentorship that Kent undertook in Brisbane, Australia and Hastings, New Zealand at David's Cicada Works in Whakatu. This period of skills development and professional exchange between both designers provided an invaluable opportunity to nurture new dimensions in environmentally aware design and assisted in strengthening trans-Tasman design networks. Attendees enjoyed the best of New Zealand creativity and wine with Craggy Range providing their superb Gimblett Gravels Te Kahu and Avery Sauvignon Blanc for the event.

David Baggs - Technical Director ecospecifier was the keynote speaker for the night and David Trubridge and Kent Gration both gave insights into their practices as environmentally aware designers. (please scroll down for exhibition images)
