: Queensland Premier's Emerging Design Leader Award
Kent Gration has been awarded the Emerging Design Leader Award - $10,000 travel bursary. The inaugural Queensland Premier's Design Awards seek to recognise the importance of design to the Queensland lifestyle and economy through two categories - Smart State Design Fellow and Emerging Design Leader Award.

: 100% Design Shanghai 2010 exhibition
As part of the Emerging Design Leader Award Kent will be attending 100% Design Shanghai with the view to exhibit new work between November 4-6. He will also visit Shanghai World Expo 2010, the 8th Shanghai Biennial and associated events, further establishing networks with fellow environmentally-aware designers, bamboo producers and manufacturers.

: Interior Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) 2010
The Constellation Pendant Light has been shortlisted for the 2010 Interior Design Excellence Awards (IDEA). The Constellation Pendant marks a new direction for the Wambamboo range in terms of material efficiency and design aesthetic. An official product launch of the new Constellation lighting series will occur soon.
